1) Promotion is available until 26 December 2022.
2) Only one New Year Resolution may be used per person throughout the entire promotion period from 3 to 26 December 2022.
3) Each New Year Resolution contain fifteen (15) class credits, ten (10) towel rental credits and five (5) 770ml bottled water credits, all credits valid for one (1) month from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.
4) Class Credits from New Year Resolution are eligible to book any 60-minutes class from Glofox timetable except kids programs.
5) Credit Extension benefit only valid for existing customers with active Flexi Credit Packs or monthly plan upon purchasing New Year Resolution. Eligible credits’ expiry date will be extended for one (1) month and will be adjusted within 24 hours after the New Year Resolution purchase. Monthly Plan holders will also get postponed their next payment date for 1 month.
6) New Year Resolution user will each get one (1x) Lucky Draw. Lucky Draw winners (each a “Winner”) will be drawn randomly on 31 December 2022 at TeamX. Total of five winners will be drawn, each receive a 6-month premium locker rental at TeamX. Result will be announced on TeamX social media and winners will be notified by email and phone.
7) Winner must come to reception to redeem the 6-month premium locker rental within 14 days after the result announced, please refer to specific terms and conditions on Premium Locker rental.
8) Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or corporate discount.
9) New Year Resolution purchases and associated offers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
10) Any dispute connected in any way with this promotion will be resolved by TeamX at its absolute discretion.
11) Where there is conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version prevails.

3) 每個New Year Resolution 包含十五（15）個課堂點數， 十（10）個浴巾租借服務點數及五（5）個770ml 蒸餾水點數， 所有點數有效期為一個月（由購買日開始計算），並且不能延期。
4) New Year Resolution課堂點數使用於TeamX 所有60分鐘課堂（兒童健身課堂除外）。
5) 點數延期禮遇只適用於購買New Year Resolution時持有已經開始使用的Flexi Credit Pack 或持有任何月費計劃之顧客，有關課堂點數有效期將會順延一個月， 並在顧客購買New Year Resolution後24小時內調整。 月費計劃之下一個付款日期亦會順延一個月。
6) 所有購買New Year Resolution 之顧客將會獲得一個抽獎機會，得獎者將會於2022年12月31日於TeamX隨機抽出。此抽獎將共產生五（5）個得獎者， 每位得獎者將會獲得6個月TeamX儲物櫃租借服務。抽獎結果將會於TeamX社交平台公布，並會以電話或電郵通知個別得獎者。
7) 得獎者必須在結果公布後14天內到TeamX前台換領及啟動6個月TeamX儲物櫃租借服務。詳情請參閱有關儲物櫃租借服務的條款及細則。
