Join us for an immersive 90-minute workshop with our professional Reiki and sound therapist, Elaine. This unique experience combines the healing power of a sound bath with the soothing effects of aromatherapy. And now, we're adding a new element: participants will wear a steam eye-mask throughout the workshop, enhancing relaxation to an even deeper level.
Sound Bath: The frequencies produced by singing bowls harmonize your body, restoring brainwaves, heartbeats, and breaths into perfect balance.
Aromatherapy: Paired with the sound bath, aromatherapy offers profound relaxation and stress relief.
Steam Eye-Mask: To elevate the experience further, the steam eye-mask promotes deeper relaxation, making it ideal for those feeling stressed or dealing with insomnia.
