FAQ

If I book a class already, can I still add a friend?

You will need to cancel the original class booking and make a new booking for both yourself and your friend together. You will be charged one class credit each for yourself and your friend.

If I book for my friend but he/she cannot come, can I cancel him/her only?

You will need to cancel the whole booking and rebook yourself into the class again. In case the class is full and someone is already in the waitlist, then the places will be given to the waitlisted members when you cancel the booking. Please also be reminded that the 12 hours cancellation policy will continue to be in-place.

If I cannot come, can my friend join by himself/herself?

The spirit of this “bring a friend” program is to share your passion and moments together with a friend of yours. Unfortunately, your friend will not be able to join the class without your presence.
