From 18 December 2023 to 2 January 2024, receive 1 bonus class credit for every $1,000 you deposit into your TeamX e-wallet paid by selected payment methods at reception.

1. Promotion period is between 18 December 2023 to 2 January 2024 (both dates inclusive).
2. Participants are entitled to the reward by making a deposit of designated amount into Glofox e-wallet at reception through Cash, FPS, Visa, Mastercard, Octopus, Alipay, Payme, WeChat Pay and Tap & Go, or through WhatsApp/Instagram/Messenger by PayMe, Octopus or FPS.
3. Purchase or payment through Glofox app is NOT eligible for this promotion.
4. Value in e-wallet can be use to settle payment for credit packs, monthly plans, premium lockers and any TeamX store items and services. Fess of venue rental, corporate classes, private classes and business collaborations are excluded.
5. While making purchase using your registered credit card in Glofox App, the system will deduct value from e-wallet first and will charge the remaining balance to the credit card registered in Glofox. Participants will receive the invoice through email on the same day of purchase.
6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, coupons or promotional offers, unless otherwise specified.
7. Bonus class credit(s) will be added to your Glofox account on the same day when making the deposit into e-wallet and are valid for one (1) month.
8. Values in e-wallet cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged for cash.
9. Bonus class credits cannot be offset workshop payment, refunded nor exchanged for cash, products or other services.
10. Participation in this promotion is voluntary. Twoplus Wellness Limited shall not be held accountable to customers or any other party for any disputes, liabilities, loss, damage, claim or cost arising from or caused by this promotion or any of the bonus credits. Twoplus Wellness Limited shall not be responsible for any related obligations or costs incurred in the promotion.
11. Participation in the promotion represents the customer’s understanding, acceptance, and willingness to comply with the terms and conditions for the promotion and bonus credits. In case of any breach of these terms and conditions, or any dishonest conduct and/or acts of counterfeit activity, Twoplus Wellness Limited reserves the sole right to immediately cancel the participant’s entitlement to the bonus credits without prior notice.
12. Twoplus Wellness Limited reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.
13. In case of disputes, Twoplus Wellness Limited reserves the right of final decision on all related matters.
14. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

4. 電子錢包金額可以在TeamX用於購買套票、繳交月費、租借儲物櫃及購買其他TeamX貨品或服務，但並不適用於繳付場地租賃、企業課堂、私人課堂及商業合作活動之費用。
5. 參加者在Glofox手機應用程式內購買套票時，系統會先自動扣除電子錢包金額，餘額則會由手機應用程式中登記的信用卡扣除。參加者將於同日收到由電郵發出之收據。
6. 除特別備註外此優惠不可與其他折扣或推廣優惠同時使用。
7. 獎賞課堂點數將於顧客儲值當日內加到參與者之Glofox帳戶內，獎賞課堂點數有效期為1個月。
8. 所有電子錢包金額不可退回、轉讓及兌換現金。
9. 獎賞課堂點數不可用於抵扣工作坊費用、不可退回、兌換現金或其他服務及貨品。
10. 參加本活動純屬自願性質，一切因本推廣活動或任何獎賞課堂對顧客或任何其他人士造成的、所構成或引致之爭議、責任、損失、損害、索償或成本概與Twoplus Wellness Limited無關。Twoplus Wellness Limited無須就此承擔任何法律責任或賠償。
11. 參加此推廣活動代表參加者明白、接受及願意遵守是次推廣及禮遇之條款及細則。 如有任何違反條款及細則之情況 ，或任何不誠實及/或造假行為，Twoplus Wellness Limited保留權利立即取消獎賞課堂點數而不另作通知。
12. Twoplus Wellness Limited有權更改優惠、條款及細則而無須另行通知。
13. 如有任何爭議，Twoplus Wellness Limited保留最終決定權。
14. 如本條款及細則之中英文版本有任何差異，一概以英文版本為準。
