1. All credits in the "Have a Sweaty Christmas" package (promotional package) can be used to book classes in a single TeamX locationbetween 16 December 2024 and 1 January 2025, regardless the date of purchase. No extensions are allowed.
2. Customers who purchase this promotional package and hold an existing Flexi Pack/monthly plan are eligible for a maximum 14-day extension on their Flexi Pack/monthly plan upon request.
3. Pre-sale is available at both TeamX Taikoo and Art Piece locations starting from 7 December 2024.
4. For packages purchased through the Taikoo Glofox mobile app, the initial expiry date displayed may be incorrect. The system will automatically update the correct expiry date within 24 hours after purchase.
5. This package is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.
6. TeamX reserves the right to make final decisions in case of any disputes.
7. Where there is conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version prevails.

2. 購買此優惠套票並且持有現有 Flexi Pack 或月費計劃的客戶，可申請現有 Flexi Pack/月費計劃的有效期延長最多14天。
3. 此優惠套票將於 2024年12月7日起，在 TeamX 太古及 Art Piece 地點同時開售。
4. 如透過太古 Glofox 手機應用程式購買此優惠套票，初始顯示的有效期可能不正確，系統將於購買後 24小時內自動更正正確的有效期。
5. 此套餐不可退款，亦不可兌換現金或其他產品/服務。
6. 若有任何爭議，TeamX 保留最終決定權。
7. 如英文及中文版本有任何不符，概以英文版本為準。
