Aaron is a great role model of how a nerdy and thin scholar who hated almost any exercises can transform oneself into a well-built, healthy and happy fitness instructor through participating in group exercises. Aaron spent his teenage years in Australia for over 10 years, and picked up his interest and passion in GX at Fitness First Sydney in 2007. Over the years, Aaron has transitioned from an active member into a passionate GX instructor who connected well with members at all ages, from teenagers to the elderly.

He has now been teaching for 6 years as a GX instructor, and would love to share his passion and assist members to reach their personal best while experiencing the joy of doing exercises among like-minded class members and friends.
