Curtis started his yoga practice since 2015. He found that yoga was not simply about stretching the body but increasing the awareness of self and the environment. He believes proper yoga practice able to increase the strength and flexibility. His classes focus on proper allignment and adaptation to different kinds of body anatomy. His teaching empathize on proper warm up and counter pose. He is always encouraging his students, support and guide them to their goal.
