TeamX x Art Piece Flexi Class-Package Sharing Policy

This Flexi Class-Package Sharing Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions for sharing studio Flexi class packages among members at TeamX x Art Piece (“Studio”). This Policy applies to all members who choose to participate in a Group for the purpose of sharing class packages.

1. Eligibility

  • Each participant must be a current member of the Studio.

  • A Group may consist of up to four (4) members.

2. Formation of Groups

  • Members can form a Group to share class packages.

  • New members can be added to an existing Group with the consent of all current Group members.

  • Adding members to a Group before reaching the maximum of four (4) members is free-of-charge.

3. Usage and Scheduling

  • Class packages purchased by any member of the Group will be shared among all Group members.

  • Members are responsible for coordinating the sharing and actual usage of their class packages.

  • The Studio is not responsible for managing the usage of shared class packages among members.

4. Termination and Withdrawal

  • Any member may withdraw from the Group at any time by providing written notice to the Studio and other Group members.

  • Withdrawal or change of Group members is free-of-charge only if all Group members' accounts have no remaining class packages.

  • If class packages remain in any member's account, the Studio will charge HK$50 for each change request to the Group composition, including withdrawals or changes of members

  • Upon withdrawal, the remaining members will continue to share the class packages unless the Group falls below two (2) members, in which case the sharing arrangement will terminate.

5. Liability Limitation

  • The Studio shall not be liable for any disputes arising between members regarding the sharing of class packages.

  • Members acknowledge and accept that the Studio is providing the sharing feature as a convenience and is not responsible for any misuse or misunderstanding between members.

  • Each member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the sharing of class packages.

6. Amendments

  • This Policy may be amended at the discretion of the Studio. Members will be notified of any changes to the Policy.

7. Governing Law

  • This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
