Jonas has been teaching Group Fitness since 2008 while still studying in university in the Philippines. He started his Group fitness journey by teaching hip hop classes which then proceeded by Les Mills classes. In 2012, Jonas was recruited to work in Hong Kong and his repertoire expanded to more programs like Pilates, TRX, Spinning classes etc.
Jonas strives to make each class fun and fulfilling and always keeps in mind that each student has a different goal when they come to the class.
