Raised locally in Hong Kong, Ken’s fitness journey is truly inspirational.

He could never believe become a fitness coach in his 20's when he weighed over 90 kg. 2011 marks the starting point of his group exercise (GX) venture by attending his first BodyCombat® training. Ever since, he has gradually evolved his lifestyle and become a GX instructor in 2016. His classes are always filled with energy and positivity.

Now, fitness is more than just burning calories and keeping fit, but a lifestyle that Ken always believes in. This gives him an even better reason to be on stage, to spread his passion and to inspire people on their paths to pursuing healthiness, brightness and positivity.
