Kitty has been teaching dancing for more than a decade. She enjoys teaching dancing as she can arrange her own choreography, make dance pieces, and share her passion with students.
Her first Yoga practice was in 2018. After practicing Yoga, She found herself straightened both physically and mentally. She decided to become a Yoga Instructor as she wants more people to get benefit from it too.
For Aerial Yoga, She felt happy and challenged after taking each of the single class. The most important thing about Aerial Yoga is safety. She loves to teach beginners as she finds it very rewarding as they could learn interesting steps, know how to use the hammock safely and have fun in the class.
