Kris is a certified Pilates, Yoga and Stretching instructor, and has rich teaching experience in multiple fitness, wellness and rehabilitation outlets in Hong Kong. In the class, she like to combine Pilates and Yoga as she believes the flexibility and challenge of Yoga with the detailed core muscle focus that Pilates provide will maximize the benefits of overall fitness, health and wellbeing. She enjoys engaging with her participants by offering them supportive assistance and technique correction, not just demonstrating poses in front of the class, but also developing and improving their skills.
